Environment Showcase:

Venue: L608, 6F, Da Ai Building, Tzu Chi University

Borrowing process:

Applicant submits an application form → Digital Education Division reviews the application → Applicant is notified of the review result:

1. Agree: Applicant should pay the fee at the Cashier's Office of the General Affairs Department of Tzu Chi University or fill out the form directly if there is a budget for the unit on campus → Provide the proof of payment from the Digital Teaching Unit → Case Close
2. Disagree: The Digital Education Unit informs the applicant of the reason for disagreement → The applicant adjusts or closes the case

Equipment is available for loan at the studio:

• Camera (including dedicated battery and tripod)
• Wireless microphone (including AA alkaline batteries)
• Studio lighting (LED lights with adjustable color temperature and brightness)
• Teleprompter Screen
• Laptop (for PPT, screen recording)
• Basic hair and makeup supplies

Fee Schedule:

• Internal units and affiliated organizations: NT$600 per hour (consumables only)
• External units: NT$1,100 per hour (venue and consumables)
