Distance Teaching Course Application

What is a Distance Teaching Program?

A distance learning course is a course in which 50% or more of the class hours are conducted through distance teaching.More than one-half (inclusive)Courses conducted using distance learning.

Distance teaching refers to instructional interaction conducted online, such as:

• Delivering live lessons via online meetings
• Recorded lessons as asynchronous video materials
• Conducting quizzes and topic discussions online

Eligibility

Full-time teachers or part-time teachers who are qualified to teach.

Application Timeline and Steps

📢 Detailed schedules will beannounced each semester.The distance course application for Semester 1142 is pending announcement.  

1. Teachers: Prepare Attachments 1–3 and submit them to your department.
2. Department: After approval by the Curriculum Committee, submit the materials to the Digital Teaching Division.
3. Digital Teaching Division: Convene the Digital Teaching Promotion Review Committee for review.
4. Center for Faculty Development: Submit to the University-level Curriculum Committee for final review.
5. Announcement: Review results will be published.

📌 Important Reminder: Distance courses cannotbe retroactively approved.Applications that do not follow the procedure cannot be recognized afterward.Please make sure to follow the application timeline.
